QUBS is a scalable workforce management solution designed for companies that manage employees, clients, and accounts at scale. The platform supports multiple companies within a single system, allowing organizations to onboard, manage teams, and monitor operations through a centralized admin panel.
The system includes role-based access for company managers, team leaders, and employees, along with features such as client management, work-time tracking, daily employee check-ins, performance analysis, and advanced reporting with export capabilities.
The primary challenge was designing a flexible system that could support multiple companies, each with its own employees, roles, and workflows, while maintaining strong data isolation and security. Handling complex permission levels, real-time workforce tracking, and large volumes of reports without compromising performance was another key challenge.
Additionally, the platform needed to be intuitive for daily employee usage while still offering deep analytical insights for management and administrators.
We developed a modern, scalable SaaS architecture using Next.js with a secure backend and role-based authentication. The system was designed with modular access control, allowing administrators to create and manage multiple companies, define roles, and assign permissions seamlessly.
Advanced reporting, performance analytics, leave management, and export tools were implemented to support data-driven decision-making. The platform also includes email notifications, daily employee activity tracking, and a powerful admin dashboard to oversee all system operations efficiently.
